plusEV.club is a website operated by PLUSEVUK LIMITED, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at the following address: 124 City Road, London, England EC1V 2NX and registered in Companies House under the following number: 14192176.
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the services provided by the Service Provider through the Service Provider’s website (hereinafter the “Website”) by individual users (hereinafter the “Users”).
The Service Provider operates as a poker school and provides educational and training services.
The provision of training services consists in enabling the Users of the Website to learn the game and new strategies, to improve their knowledge and their skills, to analyse their own game and to adapt to changing trends.
The Website will not be responsible if, for any reason, the site is unavailable at any time or for any period of time.
REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP
In order to use the services of the Website, it is necessary to register as a User and create an individual User account. The User’s account can be accessed by means of a username and password. The User is obliged not to disclose the password to any third party and to store it in a manner that prevents misuse.
The Website may only be used by persons who are at least 18 years old. By registering on the Website, the User declares that he/she is at least 18 years old.

The User has the right to complain in writing about any services provided by the Service Provider.
Complaints will be considered on an individual basis. Complaints will be dealt with in the order in which they are submitted.
PROMOTIONS
The Service Provider may organise promotions.
The details of such promotions will be specified each time in the announcement issued in connection with the introduced promotion.
Participation in a promotion is voluntary, however it will be limited to the registered Users of the Website only.
By participating in a promotion, the User agrees to the promotional terms and conditions specified in the promotion. It is the User’s responsibility to investigate whether participation in a given promotion is permitted in his/her jurisdiction. The User warrants that the use of the promotion in his/her jurisdiction is permitted and is fully responsible to the Service Provider for the truthfulness of this statement made by him/her.

The Service Provider is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website and in the materials, including training materials published on it. These materials are protected by copyright.
The User may use the materials made available on the Website only for training purposes.
The User may not modify any materials downloaded from the Website or use any part of such materials for commercial purposes without obtaining the Service Provider’s consent and licence.
RULES OF USING THE WEBSITE
The Service Provider processes information about the User in accordance with the privacy policy. For the purpose of providing services on the Website, the Service Provider processes the User’s data such as name, username and/or email address. By using the Website, the User consents to the processing of his/her data for the purposes of the services provided and guarantees that all data provided by him/her are accurate and true.
The Service Provider may provide interactive services in the form of a chat room, available on the Website or any other communication platform designated by the Service Provider.
